Aspire Credit Card Agreement

18.1.8 any credit or credit card bank, company or merchant for the purposes of a credit or other request in connection with your Aspire Card, your account and/or your Aspire Card transaction; 15.2 If you wish to receive a refund from a Merchant in respect of a disputed transaction (“Chargeback”), you must contact Aspire with your request and supporting documents for the Transaction. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, we will credit the chargeback to your account after receipt of the chargeback. You acknowledge and agree that any decision by Visa regarding the validity and value of a chargeback is valid and binding. Neither Aspire nor NIUM is obligated to investigate or defend the validity and/or value of any chargeback. 2.1.9 “CVC” means the Card Verification Code or Card Verification Value; 1.1 The Aspire Corporate Debit Card (“Aspire Card”) is a Visa debit card issued by NIUM Pte. Ltd. (“NIUM”). NIUM is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under ACT No. 01454 and is a major payment institution under the Payment Services Act No. 2 of 2019. 2.1.2 “Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions and all application forms, user policies, promotional terms, policies and any other documents relating to the foregoing or our Agreement, which may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time; 12.1 You must protect the Aspire Card and ensure that your Card number, CCV, Card expiry date and PIN are not disclosed to anyone, and you are at all times solely responsible for the security of the Aspire Card and all transactions and charges incurred on the Aspire Card.

22.2 This Agreement covers the use of the Aspire Card, in addition to the terms and conditions that govern the operation of the Account and any other agreement you have entered into with Aspire. In the event of any discrepancy, this Agreement shall prevail with respect to the use of the Aspire Card. 2.1.11 “Network” means a large national or international network or association such as American Express, Mastercard, Visa, RuPay, JCB, Discover, UnionPay or any other global or local network or association with which Aspire and/or NIUM may work from time to time to facilitate the use of the Aspire Card; 3.3 The Aspire Card is a virtual card. You agree that Aspire is entitled to debit the account for the full amount of the transaction. 18.1.7 any member of the Aspire Group and its respective representatives, correspondence, independent contractors and/or partners for the purposes of risk management, regulatory compliance and reporting, customer review of sanctions, anti-money laundering and terrorist financing, monitoring of credit exposures throughout the Aspire Group and cross-selling; 14.1.1 if a merchant, entity or other person refuses, for any reason, to accept or honour the Aspire Card, Card Number or PIN (or delays in acceptance or exchange); 3.4 Purchases are deducted directly from your account, the terms of use of which are also subject to the Debit Account Terms and Conditions (available on aspireapp.com/sg/). 3.2 The Aspire Card is not a guarantee card, a payment card or a credit card. 2.6 The reference to “law” includes all laws, customary laws, principles of fairness, order, regulation, rule, official directive, request, policy, sanction, embargo or restrictive measure (whether or not they have the force of law) of an authority, any agreement with the authority and any interpretation, application, replacement, modification or application of such law. 18.1 We will use, collect and/or disclose your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the practices applicable to our website at (aspireapp.com/sg/privacy-policy), as amended from time to time. .
